When you’ve had to layoff employees (however many), it’s wise to consider the toll that layoffs have on the rest of your team.
If you’ve worked to create a culture that honors each individual employee, there will be a sense of loss. You also may face feedback from employees who might be wondering if they’re next.
Layoffs may be unavoidable, but don’t avoid the tough conversations that both lead up to and follow this decision.
