Congratulations! You’ve done well, and business is booming.

A pitfall to avoid is the temptation to loosen the purse strings and stop focusing on fiscal clarity. I’d like to challenge you to not only step away from that hole, but actually consider shrinking your expenses to accelerate growth in your business.

When you take time away from working in the business to work on the business, you can assess and identify what’s working, what your clients really need, and what’s not adding value. Let go of doing things just because “that’s the way we’ve always done it.” Really look at your systems, partnerships, and every part of your operation to maximize effeciveness and align all the moving parts to your vision for your future.
