Every interaction we have, and every time we miss the opportunity to interact, we are either building trust with somone or losing their trust.

To build trust: Show up. Listen. Tell the truth. Match your actions and words. Be consistent.

To lose trust: Be absent without reason. Be self-absorbed. Lie. Be inconsistent in your behavior.

Once trust is lost it’s hard but not impossible to rebuild.
